Basilica Of Our Lady Of San Juan Del Valle National Shrine
We stopped and saw this Catholic Church which was built in 1954 and was replaced in 1974 after a crazed pilot flew a plane into the church and it burnt down. No one was hurt in the fire and the statue of Mary was saved.
Festival of Lights
We went to Festival of Lights with our friends and for $8 this included a supper, trolley ride to see the lights around town and singing by elementary school children. The supper was not too bad and the lights were beautiful and all different.
There was one house that was totally covered with lights and decorations.
