My mother, Vera, paid for a bench in Hume Park as a memorial for her son and brother. When she passes on her name will be added to the plaque. When her son's wife and grandson went to see the bench it was a beautiful sunny day. Unfortunately when I came to see the bench (I live out of town) it was pouring rain. We have plans to have a picnic in the park one day when it is nice out.
