Le Chandelier-Costa Rica
Mary and Steve dressed up to go to Le Chandelier
We took a bus tour into San Jose for supper at a very nice restaurant called Le Chandelier.

We had an excellent dinner. The waiters were coordinated and all came at the same time to clear the plates

Cafe Britt-Costa Rica
A man outside Doka Coffee Plantation who figured out an easier to make a living by charging a $1.00 to take a picture of his ox and cart

We did a tour of Cafe Britt and learned all about coffee growing and production
traditional ox carts
these represent different spirits in their myths
these 3 actors explained about coffee in a very entertaining way

Steve got picked to help demonstrate coffee tasting
they put a play about the history of coffee, it was very entertaining
La Paz Waterfall & Gardens-Costa Rica
We took a bus tour to La Paz waterfall, it has a wide variety of things to see, but it very hilly.
He kept hoping the bird would not poop on him
A sloth, they are pretty boring, don't even move
butterfly hatching out, we watched it's first flight
Fortunately only saw these snakes in cages, none in the wild
The frogs are very camouflaged
There were 3 separate waterfalls, it was a long walk down to see them all, then took a shuttle back
